Leadership is given an interim analysis, pulling together ideas for early consideration.

Workshops are next. These combine light training with brainstorming facilitated by our team. This generates many more ideas for AI application.

A mid-process meeting is held to share progress and get leadership input on ideas and early recommendations.

Next we go deep into analysis and prototyping. Our unique prototyping process replicates as much as possible the real software environment in the contractor, surfacing issues and truly defining how to actually build the solution.

Why This process is essential
