A strategy should not mean only a few selected AI projects. To reach the goals defined with leadership, the plan should include the Data Census, workforce AI fluency, AI agents created for your team and by your team, all mapped to business improvements that can be tracked through an accountable implementation roadmap.
We work with your team to establish current baselines, such as RFI turnaround times, estimate contingencies, change-order billing leakage, or other outcomes your team identifies as important. AI agents and tools can then be applied to improve performance against those baselines, with metrics leadership can use to manage and drive change.
